Please read our cancellation policy as a courtesy to Beyond Brows Studio, and in order to efficiently accommodate other clients.

• The initial NON-REFUNDABLE $50 Fee is required to secure your appointment and is applied towards the service cost. The remaining balance is due at the time of appointment paid via Cash, Credit Card, Venmo, or Zelle.

• Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service.  Failure to notify our studio will result in a $50 fee.
• 
  
• No shows or cancelled appointments within less than 48  hours of the service will loose their deposit
• .
• PLEASE NOTE: ALL PROCEDURES REQUIRE 2 APPOINTMENTS. AFTER 10 WEEKS, YOUR FOLLOW APPOINTMENT IS NULLED AND AT THAT POINT WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED A "TOUCH UP".

• If you will arrive more than 15 mins. late, we will not be able to extend your appointment time; we will have to reschedule and you will be charged $50 rescheduling fee.
• 
  
• NO children are permitted in the room during the procedure. Absolutely no exceptions.
